{"id":25125,"date":"2022-11-03T21:10:24","date_gmt":"2022-11-03T19:10:24","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.mladibl.com\/?p=25125"},"modified":"2022-11-03T21:10:25","modified_gmt":"2022-11-03T19:10:25","slug":"vjezbanjem-do-lakseg-ucenja-i-boljih-ocjena","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.mladibl.com\/?p=25125","title":{"rendered":"Vje\u017ebanjem do lak\u0161eg u\u010denja i boljih ocjena"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Fizi\u010dka aktivnost, osim \u0161to pobolj\u0161ava fizi\u010dko zdravlje, pozitivno utje\u010de i na ljudski mozak.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kada smo zatrpani s u\u010denjem i spremanjem parcijala i ispita, vjerojatno zadnja stvar koja nam pada na pamet je odlazak na trening, u teretanu ili op\u0107enito odvajanje vremena za sve \u0161to ne uklju\u010duje u\u010denje, ali nova istra\u017eivanja pokazuju kako je upravo to ono \u0161to bismo trebali raditi kako bi u\u010denje i\u0161lo br\u017ee i lak\u0161e.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Potvr\u0111eno je da fizi\u010dka aktivnost, osim \u0161to pobolj\u0161ava fizi\u010dko zdravlje, pozitivno utje\u010dei na ljudski mozak. Studija provedena na Univerzitetu Georgia potvrdila je da i aktivnost od samo 20 minuta poma\u017ee u obradi podataka i funkcijama memorije u mozgu, ta\u010dnije da redovita aerobna aktivnost pove\u0107ava volumen sivih mo\u017edanih stanica i mo\u017edanih regija povezanih s pam\u0107enjem, kognitivnim i motori\u010dkim funkcijama.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Osim \u0161to omogu\u0107ava rast sivih stanica u mozgu, tjelovje\u017eba pozitivno utje\u010de i na na\u0161e raspolo\u017eenje.
