Problem je u tome \u0161to neke psiholo\u0161ke navike tro\u0161e previ\u0161e intelektualnog resursa, tako da nas ostave bez kapaciteta za razmi\u0161ljanje ili obavljanje zadataka.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Nerije\u0161ena krivica<\/strong><\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>Svi osje\u0107amo krivicu s vremena na vrijeme, i obi\u010dno se izvinemo ili preduzmemo neke korake da bismo se oslobodili tog osje\u0107aja. Ipak, kada je krivica nerije\u0161ena i konstantno nas ti\u0161ti, odvla\u010di nam pa\u017enju i ozbiljno nam ometa misli i fokus. Ne dozvolite da vas osje\u0107aj krivice blokira, ve\u0107 problem sasjecite u korijenu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" start=\"2\"><li><strong>Kada se \u017ealimo \u201cbez efekta\u201d<\/strong><\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>Da li vam se mo\u017eda \u010desto de\u0161ava da se \u017ealite svima osim osobi koja bi problem mogla da rije\u0161i? Da li to radite prije da biste sebi dali odu\u0161ka, nego da biste zaista rije\u0161ili problem? Ali, istina je da smo samo jo\u0161 vi\u0161e frustrirani kada pri\u010damo pri\u010du iznova i iznova. A to nam oduzima energiju i sprje\u010dava nas da neometano radimo i mislimo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" start=\"3\"><li><strong>Neprestano analiziranje odbijanja<\/strong><\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>Kada nas neko odbije, to stvara zna\u010dajnu emotivnu bol koja utje\u010de na na\u0161e raspolo\u017eenje i ima ozbiljan utjecaj na na\u0161e razmi\u0161ljanje. Tako\u0111e, mo\u017ee da u\u010dini da postanemo suvi\u0161e samokriti\u010dni, \u0161to dalje vodi do toga da nam pada samopouzdanje, i pove\u0107ava emotivni stres. Sve to djeluje kao za\u010darani krug, u koji se uvla\u010de i na\u0161e misli.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" start=\"4\"><li><strong>Briga<\/strong><\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>Mnogi od nas ne smatraju da briga mo\u017ee da na\u0161kodi. \u201cSamo sam malo zabrinut\/a\u201d ponekad se pravdamo sa osmijehom koji je pomalo u gr\u010du. Bilo kako bilo, zabrinutost ne samo da stvara neprijatno emotivno stanje, ve\u0107 mo\u017ee ozbiljno da \u0161kodi i da ometa. Kada brinemo zbog ne\u010deg, to nas okupira, i sve drugo stavlja na stranu. Na sre\u0107u, lak\u0161e je uo\u010diti i razrije\u0161iti brigu nego anksioznost.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" start=\"5\"><li><strong>\u201cZami\u0161ljenost\u201d<\/strong><\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>Ponavljanje nekog doga\u0111aja iz pro\u0161losti u na\u0161oj glavi, stanje u kojem stalno mislimo na odre\u0111ene situacije, a koje su stresne i uznemiravaju\u0107e (raskid, otkaz, sva\u0111a, itd), mo\u017ee da nas isfrustrira i da nas dovede do toga da ne mo\u017eemo da mislimo ni na \u0161ta drugo.
