Donosimo nekoliko metoda koje vam mogu olak\u0161ati tremu koju osje\u0107ate prije dolaska na ispit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mnogim su studentima upravo usmeni ispiti najstresniji dio studiranja, pa se tako neizbje\u017eno javlja trema. Sama po sebi trema nije lo\u0161e, no nekad nas toliko zaokupi da dolazi do blokade. Na usmeni ispit dobro je do\u0107i hladne glave i mirna srca, a u nastavku donosimo nekoliko tehnika i metoda koje vam u tomu mogu pomo\u0107i.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Prva metoda za brzo umirivanje treme koja dolazi od stru\u010dnjaka za javne nastupe je tzv. \u010detiri-sedam-osam. Udah na nos dok brojimo do \u010detiri, zadr\u017eavamo dah dok ne nabrojimo do sedam i izdahnemo na usta dok u sebi brojimo do osam. Ova metoda pokazala se u\u010dinkovitom, a pet minuta takve vje\u017ebe disanja smirit \u0107e nas i dopustiti nam da bez velike treme odradimo usmeni ispit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Uz disanje, koliko god mo\u017eda neobi\u010dno zvu\u010dalo, mogu pomo\u0107i i mantre. Re\u010denicama poput U\u010dio sam, znam ovo gradivo. Trebam samo potvrditi ocjenu, usmeni ispit je formalnost i sli\u010dno sami sebe smirujemo. Uostalom, ako u glavi imamo glas koji nam govori da ni\u0161ta ne znamo i da \u0107emo pasti ispit, najbolji na\u010din da ga smirimo jest da si govorimo upravo suprotno.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dobro je primijeniti jo\u0161 jednu metodu, a ona se ti\u010de odvla\u010denja pa\u017enje.
