{"id":14911,"date":"2021-11-22T11:33:30","date_gmt":"2021-11-22T09:33:30","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.mladibl.com\/?p=14911"},"modified":"2021-11-22T11:33:30","modified_gmt":"2021-11-22T09:33:30","slug":"ikigai-japanska-rutina-koja-obecava-da-ces-pronaci-svoju-zivotnu-svrhu","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.mladibl.com\/?p=14911","title":{"rendered":"\u2018Ikigai\u2019: japanska rutina koja obe\u0107ava da \u0107e\u0161 prona\u0107i svoju \u017eivotnu svrhu"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Od praktikovanja joge i sedmi\u010dnih \u010dasova svjesnosti za vra\u0107anje ravnote\u017ee, do preuzimanja raznih aplikacija, koje nam poma\u017eu u svakodnevnom \u017eivotu, mnogi od nas tro\u0161e svoje \u017eivote (i plate) poku\u0161avaju\u0107i posti\u0107i sre\u0107u i ispunjenje.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Me\u0111utim, uprkos poku\u0161aju danske ideje o pronala\u017eenju zadovoljstva u udobnosti (\u2018hygge) i umjerenim \u017eivotom sa \u0161vedskom idejom \u2018lagoma\u2019, mnogi od nas se i dalje bore.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Vrijeme je da prihvati\u0161 \u2018ikigai\u2019 \u2013 koncept \u017eivotnog stila iz Japana. U japanskoj kulturi, rasprostranjeno je vjerovanje da svako ima \u2018ikigai\u2019 \u2013 razlog da svako jutro sko\u010di iz kreveta. Umjesto da sugeri\u0161e da usporimo kako bismo prona\u0161li smisao \u017eivota, ikigai uklju\u010duje isticanje inicijative, aktivno ozna\u010davanje razloga postojanja.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>\u0160ta to zna\u010di?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2018<strong>Ikigai<\/strong>\u2019 je japanska rije\u010d koja se otprilike prevodi kao \u2018razlog postojanja\u2019. U osnovi, sve je u pronala\u017eenju svrhe u \u017eivotu; raditi ono \u0161to te \u010dini sre\u0107nim i \u0161to te dr\u017ei motivisanim.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Hector Garcia, koautor knjige \u201cIkigai: Japanska tajna dugog i sretnog \u017eivota\u201d, obja\u0161njava da rije\u010d koristi znakove \u2018iki\u2019, ili \u2018\u017eivot\u2019, i \u2018kai\u2019, \u0161to zna\u010di rezultat odre\u0111ene radnje. U su\u0161tini, sve je u pronala\u017eenju odgovora na veliko pitanje: \u2018\u0160ta da radim sa svojim \u017eivotom?\u2019<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/ultra.ba\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/11\/fuu-j-r2nJPbEYuSQ-unsplash.jpg\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">U japanskoj kulturi, \u201cIkigai\u201d se mo\u017ee podijeliti na \u010detiri glavna stuba ispunjenja:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Ono \u0161to voli\u0161 (strast i misija)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Ono u \u010demu si dobar\/dobra (strast i profesija)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Ono za \u0161ta mo\u017ee\u0161 biti pla\u0107en\/a (profesija i poziv)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Ono \u0161to svijetu treba (misija i poziv)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ken dos Remedios sa kulturnog festivala Hyper Japan rekao je za Independent: \u2018Iako nije nemogu\u0107e imati \u2018ikigai\u2019 bez dru\u0161tvenih veza, lak\u0161e je osjetiti \u2018ikigai\u2019 stvaranjem dru\u0161tvenih veza, mo\u017eda zbog toga \u0161to ih japansko dru\u0161tvo promovi\u0161e i japanski pojedinci su uslovljeni da ih tra\u017ee.\u2019<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ovaj koncept vu\u010de porijeklo s japanskog ostrva Okinawa, za koje se ka\u017ee da je dom najve\u0107e populacije stogodi\u0161njaka na svijetu. Stoga se smatra da ikigai ne samo da mo\u017ee dr\u017eati klju\u010d sre\u0107e, ve\u0107 i dugovje\u010dnosti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Kako funkcioni\u0161e?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ken Mogi, neuro nau\u010dnik i autor knjige Awakening Your Ikigai, obja\u0161njava da pronala\u017eenje svrhe u \u017eivotu koriste\u0107i ovaj trend stila \u017eivota zna\u010di fokusiranje na nekoliko klju\u010dnih stvari: po\u010deti od malih stvari, prihvatiti sebe, povezati se sa svijetom oko sebe (preko drugih ljudi i okru\u017eenja), tra\u017eenje malih radosti i boravak ovdje i sada.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Predla\u017ee da se fokusiramo na ove ideje u prvih nekoliko sati nakon \u0161to se probudimo, kako bismo zapo\u010deli dan na desnoj nozi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Da bi prona\u0161li svoj Ikigai, prema \u010detiri glavna stuba koja su gore navedena, ljudi bi sebi trebali postaviti sljede\u0107a \u010detiri pitanja:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>\u0160ta ja volim?<\/li><li>U \u010demu sam dobar\/a?<\/li><li>Za \u0161ta sada mogu biti class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ostani aktivan\/a i nemoj se penzionisati.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ostavi hitnost iza sebe i usvoji sporiji tempo \u017eivota.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Jedi samo dok ne bude\u0161 sit\/a 80%.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Okru\u017ei se dobrim prijateljima.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dovedi se u formu kroz svakodnevne, nje\u017ene vje\u017ebe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nasmije\u0161i se i odaj priznanje ljudima oko sebe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ponovo se pove\u017ei s prirodom.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Zahvali se svemu \u0161to ti uljep\u0161ava dan i \u010dini da se osje\u0107a\u0161 \u017eivim.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u017divi u trenutku.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Prati svoj ikigai.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image radosti: prona\u0111i tri stvari koje \u0107e te nasmijati u danu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Budi ovdje i sada: odvoji vrijeme za u\u017eivanje u ru\u010dku\/\u0161oljici kafe bez
