Ona smatra da je potrebno napraviti tri kratke pauze svakog dana \u2013 fizi\u010dku, duhovnu i socijalnu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Me\u0111utim, postoji i jedna vrsta pauze, koja nema nikakvu posebnu svrhu ni naziv, a to je improvizovana pauza tokom dana, koja nam omogu\u0107ava da se rasteretimo svih pritisaka koje do\u017eivljavamo i tada izvr\u0161avamo onu \u200b\u200bvrstu mentalne obrade ili restarta, koja prirodnije dolazi do mozga ljudi. Za ovu vrstu improvizovane pauze, trebamo izdvojiti samo 6 minuta dnevno!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To mo\u017ee biti gledanje u jednu ta\u010dku, ili zatvoriti o\u010di i meditirati 6 minuta ili gledati kroz prozor 6 minuta ili negdje u daljinu.
