ABOUT<\/p>\n\n\n\n

WE ARE OPENING THE CALL FOR PARTICIPANTS OF TRAINING COURSES, PART OF THE LONGTERM PROJECT \u201cPEACE INNOVATION LAB: YOUTH WORK EDITION\u201d SUPPORTED BY EACEA THROUGH ERASMUS +, KEY ACTION 2.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

WHAT DO WE WANT TO ACHIEVE WITH THE PROJECT:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Improve the quality and foster the innovative development of youth work efforts and approaches through cooperation and capacity
building of youth workers in the field of peace and reconciliation in Western Balkans and Southeast Europe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

PILLARS ON WHICH IT IS DEVELOPED:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Youth Work as powerful method and youth workers as important actors in Reconciliation processes.<\/li>
  2. Social innovation and experimenting with methods, tools and activities to work on reconciliation in youth field.<\/li>
  3. Creative forms of reconciliation advocacy and promotion to be used in work with young people.<\/li>
  4. Capacity building of youth educators and trainers for reconciliation ideas multiplication and facilitation.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    Mobility Activity: Training Course
    Title: \u201cBuilding Bridges\u201d
    Place: Krusevac, Serbia
    Date: 25th September \u2013 02nd October 2021<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    \u201cBUILDING BRIDGES\u201d \u2013 Training course on peace and reconciliation in youth work dimension. Training aims to equip youth workers with deeper understanding of peace and reconciliation processes, elements and strategies.
    It will build competencies of youth workers to promote peace, inter-cultural and inter religious dialog, against violence, discrimination and hate speech. Through this training we will empower youth workers to engage in the complex topic of peacebuilding and peacekeeping, conflict transformation, anti-discrimination and intercultural learning\/dialogue providing them with necessary skills, attitudes and knowledge.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    PROFILE OF PARTICIPANTS FOR EACH TRAINING<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    1. is an active member of the partner organization;<\/li>
    2. has some previous experience in youth work;<\/li>
    3. is able to contribute to the development of the topics of the training;<\/li>
    4. will be actively involved in preparation and leading youth activities in near future;<\/li>
    5. is able and ready to be involved in all the relevant activities of the project: online learning modules, residential training and
      follow up practice activities<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n
