Conflict resolution through IMPROV is a training course, designed for youth and social workers and educators. In 4 sessions we will learn about conflict, the basics of Nonviolent communication and how to implement Improv for conflict resolution.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As youth workers and as human beings, we very often find ourselves in a conflict. Most of the time conflict cause pain and separation, yet with more knowledge on the topic, a conflict could be a fruitful field of exploration.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
We have been studying conflict and mediation and exploring for many months how to use Improv games in combination with Nonviolent Communication in order to bring lightness in a conflict and support all sides to connect with their needs and communicate them in a way that is not harmful.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Improv is an amazing tool for conflict resolution because it supports us to express our actual feelings, even the anger, that we so often swallow.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
