Westminster Foundation for Democracy (WFD) is looking to recruit an experienced Programme Manager, based in Banja Luka, who will have responsibility for managing programs for BiH under WFDs Western Balkans programme.

WFD launched a new CSSF funded project in 2018, that operates in six countries: Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Serbia, Montenegro, Macedonia and Kosovo coordinated through a regional Western Balkans office based in Belgrade.

The Programme Manager will play a significant role within WFD’s BiH team. Working closely with the Country Representative; they will be responsible for delivering programmes from inception through to final evaluation in accordance with programme designs and donor requirements; be involved in representing WFD at high-profile national and international events and engaging with senior local and international stakeholders, overseeing financial due diligence and managing budgets, and leading on the logistics of major events and activities.

The key skills we are you looking for are a background in managing funded programmes, and proven financial and senior stakeholder management skills. In-depth political and professional programme management experience; experience of managing good governance and democracy programs, ideally with experience in parliamentary programmes (according to the JD).

WFD BiH: The regional programme titled: “Western Balkans Democracy Initiative” will focus on three components of work:
