The Emotional Self-Care Webinar is dedicated to youth workers, and other professionals working in the youth field. The webinar is part from Stop. Reflect. Do Better project that aims at learning and exploring further the possibilities of finding and applying good mechanisms to take care of the mental health and general well-being of our youth workers and at building further their competencies in working with volunteers, young people, and local communities in times of constant change.

Eliza Pankova specialises in empowering individuals to prioritise their emotional well-being. With eight years of dedicated experience, she leads transformative training courses, hosts interactive live and online group sessions, and provides personalised mentorship. Eliza equips clients with proven strategies for managing their emotions effectively, enabling them to lead happier and more fulfilling lives.
