ABOUT THE PROJECT

The project will provide participants with frames and tools for mindfulness-based stress reduction. The first stage of this training course will introduce participants with the basics of mindfulness, yoga, authentic movement, and art therapy methods & more. Facilitators have chosen to make the experience as beautiful and aesthetic, authentic and memorable as possible, therefore, some comforts will be compromised as a result.

Stage 2 in Tbilisi, Georgia:

The second stage will present the participants the opportunity to connect more with themselves and the nature around them since the training course will be conducted in an outdoor setting and practice all yoga & awareness skills gained during the first stage of the project.
