As youth workers and educators, we know that an important element of our work is connection. When there is a connection, there is flow, softness, cooperation. We work on what is blocking our authenticity, on the untold, on conflict.
“Elements of Connection” is a 10-week training course that will transform the way you connect with other human beings. It will support you to establish honest and meaningful human connections with the people around you and with the people you work with. We will work on the words that remain untold and on how to express your creative, authentic, vulnerable self.
This training course is designed to support you to relate to the people around you and experience empathy and understanding.
At the end of this training course, you will have better communication skills and the ability to resolve conflicts and empower the people you work with from a place of connection and care.

We will use theatrical methods, Improv, games and exercises, Nonviolent communication, coaching. You will have also 1 individual coaching session included in the course.
