Focus on suppot young sport educator who want to use sport as a tool of inclusion. To promote diversity in sports and increase awareness of gender equality. Aimed for youth NGO that work with non-formal education for youth empowerment.
The Playbook for Inclusion is a training course focused on supporting young sports educators who want to use sport as a tool of social inclusion. It is also aimed for youth organisations that work with non-formal education for youth empowerment. The TC will serve to promote diversity in sports and increase awareness of gender equality.
MAIN OBJECTIVE
- TO PROMOTE socio-sports ACTIVITIES in youth organizations and non-formal education, as instruments to promote social inclusion and youth empowerment.
SPECIFIC OBJECTIVE
- To train participants with social skills and technical competencies to lead and design socio-sports activities for social inclusion and community building.
- To raise awareness and provide tools to participants about the need to promote physical and sports activities to train inclusivity from diversity, with special attention to gender equity.
- To establish networks of relationships, knowledge exchange and cooperation, between participants and their organizations, around sport as an inclusive and educational activity.
