Aim: You learn & practice to craft learning experiences that awaken the inner power of the learners, deeply engage them in the learning process, and serve their growth and transformation. You learn to use the Hero’s Journey Framework, work with Archetypes, Storytelling, and … create some magic!

Meet the facilitators

Christian is a youth worker with 10+ years of experience working with young people (age group: 16- 30). He has mastered the topic of transition, supporting thousands of young people to walk the path to adulthood.

In the last years, he has focused on developing educational programs that follow the Hero’s Journey Framework, integrating creative play, outdoor experiences, storytelling, and working with archetypes.

Joanna is a systemic coach and educator, director of the EnvironMental Foundation, and entrepreneur. Her main passion is to support L&D professionals in their development and career growth.

With an educational background in Cultural Anthropology and Communication, and 12 years of experience in leading groups and working with people, her expertise is in designing impactful learning programs for youth and adults.

Throughout the course, you’ll explore and practice

* The Hero’s Journey Framework: Call to Adventure (connecting to internal callings and desires), Threshold (gathering resources to make the step to the unknown), Facing Challenges, Meeting the Mentor, Return

* Working with key Archetypes & Inner Characters: The King & Queen, The Warrior, The Joker, The Shadow, The Mentor, the Mother, the Witches, etc.

* The 5 steps to fairytaling: working with metaphors, building characters, using magical objects to anchor meaning, etc.

* Learning Design: how to design our sessions educationally, basic theories of learning, and practice.

No prior background in Storytelling is needed—just a willingness to explore, play and dive deeper into the world of magic.
