ABOUT THE PROJECT
GREEN MINDS aims to bring together young people from diverse and marginalized backgrounds to reconnect with nature and improve their mental well-being. Through eco-therapy, mindfulness, and outdoor learning, participants discover the positive impact that nature has on their emotional resilience.
The project promotes sustainability, inclusion, and community engagement, empowering youth to become advocates for themselves and for the environment.
PARTICIPANT PROFILE
- Interest in mental health, eco-therapy, and mindfulness
- Motivation for environmental sustainability and nature-based learning
- Willingness to engage in community-building and non-formal education
Priority will be given to:
- Young people from disadvantaged or marginalized backgrounds
- Individuals who may face social, economic, geographical, or health-related obstacles
ACCOMMODATION, FOOD & TRAVEL
- Accomodation and travel cost are covered by the project funding.
- The program takes place in Loutraki, a seaside town just 1 hour from Athens, known for its natural beauty and thermal springs.
- You will stay at Achillion Hotel, right by the sea and close to pharmacies and a hospital — ensuring a safe, comfy, and convenient stay.
