DevelopMENS promotes youth’s growth through soft skills, critical thinking, media literacy and Self Determination Theory. It includes a 3 session virtual exchange for trainers on: 25/09, 2/10, 9/10 (15:00 – 18:00 CET).
DevelopMENS is a transnational project that brings together a consortium of partners from six countries: Italy (L’ORMA), Croatia (Vere Montis), Bulgaria (BSDA), Bosnia and Herzegovina (BRAVO), Albania (New Vision), and Kosovo (Heimerer College).
This collaborative youth initiative aims to foster the personal and social development of young people through a structured, research-based educational approach. The project integrates key elements such as:
- Self-Determination Theory (SDT)
- Critical Thinking
- Media Literacy
- Soft Skills Development
The main objective of DevelopMENS is to promote intrinsic motivation and holistic growth among young people by combining these educational components.
A key component of the project is the Virtual Exchange for Trainers, which consists of three interactive online sessions. This exchange provides a space for trainers from partner organizations to connect, present modules, and co-create effective educational practices.
Each session will include:
- Welcome & Icebreaker
- Two educational module presentations (1 hour each)
- Collaborative reflection and closing Q&A

Where: Zoom platform
Participants are expected to attend all three sessions, agree to the participation guidelines, and provide consent for the use of data and photos in line with Erasmus+ requirements.
